Our Story
Capital Financial Global was founded by Paul Edward Norat with a singular mission: provide real estate investors with long-term, fixed-rate financing that the traditional market refuses to offer.
For decades, real estate investors have been trapped in a cycle of short-term debt — bridge loans, ARMs, and balloon notes that mature every 12 to 36 months. Each maturity brings requalification, new fees, and the constant threat of losing the asset.
We built Capital Financial Global to end that cycle.
