Message frequency: Varies based on lead volume. Enrolled employees can expect to receive approximately 1-10 messages per business day during normal operations.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CFGX is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Opt-in: Enrollment in the SMS Lead Alert Program is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Employees enroll by completing the consent form at https://engine.capfiglobal.com/sms-consent.html and checking the consent checkbox.

Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further lead alert messages will be sent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
