These services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate and process your loan inquiry, including automated screening for program eligibility
  • To contact you regarding your inquiry and available financing options
  • To verify the accuracy of information you provide, including email, phone, and address validation

Automated Lead Screening

When you submit a loan inquiry through our Site, your information is processed through our automated screening system. This system evaluates your inquiry based on factors such as property location, loan-to-value ratio, loan amount, and property type to determine preliminary program eligibility. The screening process is designed to provide you with faster, more relevant responses. No credit checks or credit bureau inquiries are performed during this screening process.

SMS and Email Communications

Borrower Communications

If you submit a loan inquiry, we may contact you via the email address and/or phone number you provide to discuss your inquiry and available financing options. We will not send you marketing text messages without your express consent.

Internal Employee SMS Alerts

We operate an internal SMS notification program for our sales team employees. When a loan inquiry is submitted, enrolled employees receive an automated text message alert containing the lead summary. This program is limited to CFGX employees who have provided written consent. Employees may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply. This internal program is not available to borrowers or the general public.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our Site. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted or expired).

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential cookies required for Site functionality and security (including reCAPTCHA)
  • Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve performance
  • Functionality cookies to remember your preferences
  • Advertising and conversion tracking cookies when you arrive via paid advertising channels
