Paul Edward Norat: Chairman, President & CEO
Mr. Paul Edward Norat is Chairman, President & CEO, of Capital Financial Global, Inc. (OTC: CFGX), a specialty finance company. Mr. Norat was previously Chairman, President & CEO, of Capital Financial Services, Inc., a specialty finance company based in Salt Lake City, Utah and operating in the western region of the USA, from April 2000 to May 2010.
Prior to 2000, Mr. Norat served as Chief Operations Officer, Vice President of Marketing, and Director of Marketing, respectively, at Equity First Marketing, LLC, a privately held nationwide financial services firm. Mr. Norat began his career as an Investment Analyst for USA Financial Security Corporation, New York, in 1992. Mr. Norat received his BS in Economics and Minor in Business at the University of Utah, and a Master of Business Administration at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
Mr. Norat lives in the foothills of the Wasatch Mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, where he and his wife enjoy raising their children in the active lifestyle that the mountainous area provides.
Charles Cottrell: Independent Director
Mr. Charles Cottrell has been practicing law since 2001 and leads his own law firm. After several years as an associate in a mid-sized full service firm in Seattle, he began practicing administrative law in 2007. He has represented well over 1,000 clients in hearings before administrative law judges since that time.
Mr. Cottrell earned his BS in Economics and BA in German at the University of Utah in 1996, where played rugby on the University’s club team. Later he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington in 2001. Mr. Cottrell is currently licensed to practice law in Washington State and before the Social Security Administration.
Mr. Cottrell resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and daughter, where he enjoys a leisurely round of golf and has a keen interest in 80’s German new-wave and punk music.
Jason Skowronek: Independent Director
Mr. Eric “Jason” Skowronek is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Nivati, Inc., an online, virtual mental health & wellness company that empowers individuals to discover and live their best lives through accessible, personalized wellbeing tools and experiences.
In addition to fulfilling his responsibilities at Nivati, Mr. Skowronek is also sole proprietor of SkoNet, a small yet successful internet consulting business, where he focuses on small-to-medium size business and online technology projects.
Jason’s curiosity with technology began at an early age with his first experience with the TI-99/4, then on to program his first lines of Apple BASIC code. He has been involved with Internet Web applications design, architecture, and development since 1995.
Mr. Skowronek began his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah, but later went on to receive his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix while working full time and starting a family with his wife and five children.
